The Speaker also made reference to the loss of lives of 26 Indians due to terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir on 22 April, 2025. The Speaker also made reference to the loss of 260 lives in the tragic crash of an Air India Flight in Ahmedabad on 12th June 2025.
