Mr. Deputy Speaker paid homage to the memory of Shri G.M.C. Balayogi, the former Speaker of Lok Sabha who passed away on 03.03.2002; and the nine security personnel of Watch and Ward of Parliament, Delhi Police and CRPF, who laid down their lives during terrorist attack on Parliament House on 13th December, 2001.
