The Minister of Statement (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports stated that the member who was to raise Half-An-Hour discussion, was not present in the House.  Thereupon, the Deputy Speaker announced that Half-An-Hour discussion would be taken up in the next session.
